A naturally occurring substance found in certain plants, caffeine stimulates the central nervous system. Some widely marketed energy beverages contain high amounts of caffeine, while others contain low to moderate amounts. As a consumer, you need to become aware of the caffeine content in the beverages you drink.

Caffeine Content in Arizona Green Tea
Caffeine is safe for healthy individuals at moderate doses of up to 300 milligrams per day, which is equivalent to about three cups of coffee. A 16-ounce serving of Arizona Green Tea contains just 15 milligrams of caffeine, according to the Center for Science in the Public Interest. In comparison, green tea brewed for three minutes contains 35 to 60 milligrams of caffeine.
