Lemon juice contains a good deal of the water-soluble vitamin C, and the nutrition label on Minute Maid Light Lemonade states that the product contains 100 percent of the percentage daily value of vitamin C. Vitamin C is an essential nutrient, meaning it cannot be made by the body and you must get it from food.
