7 Eggland’s Best large eggs 1 cup of kimchi 4 tablespoons of Greek nonfat yogurt, plain

 1 tablespoon of gochujang Korean sweet-and-spicy sauce

2 teaspoons of stone-ground mustard 1/4 teaspoon of rice vinegar 2 tablespoons of green onion

 1 tablespoon of black roasted sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place Eggland’s Best eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring water and eggs to a boil on stove and boil for six minutes.

    Advertisement 3. Roll cooled Eggland’s Best eggs across a hard surface, applying gentle pressure to crack the outer shell. Gently begin to peel off the shell.

  2. Slice Eggland’s Best eggs in half, scooping out the yolk and placing it into a separate bowl.
