IZZE beverages are made from all natural ingredients

These products include IZZE Sparkling Juice, IZZE Esque, IZZE Fortified and IZZE Sparkling Natural Soda. The beverages are preservative free, gluten free and vegan, according to the company’s website.

Serving Size and Calories
IZZE drinks come in 8- and 12-oz. containers, either a can or a glass bottle depending on the product. The 8-oz. container has between 87 and 107 calories depending on the flavor, and the 12-oz. container has between 130 and 160 calories, also depending on the flavor. According to the company’s website, “Ounce-per-ounce, this is equal to, if not lower than, other juices drinks, natural sodas, and new age beverages on the market.”

IZZE Sparkling Juice
The sparkling juice line comes in eight flavors including pomegranate, clementine and blackberry. The juice is available in 12-oz. glass bottles and provides between 120 and 130 calories per bottle depending on the flavor. According to the company’s website, IZZE sparkling juice provides two servings of fruit per beverage. The carbohydrate content of these juices averages 31 g, the majority of which is sugar. IZZE uses fructose, a naturally occurring sugar found mainly in fruit and used to sweeten beverages. Fructose, table sugar, cane sugar and corn syrup all provide the same number of calories per gram, so in that respect, these types of sweeteners are all the same.

There is no protein in the sparkling juice line, and IZZE sparkling juice is not a significant source of fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A, iron or calcium.
IZZE Esque
IZZE Esque is a low-calorie version of the sparkling juice line. This beverage is available in 12-oz. glass bottles and is made with pure fruit juice and sparkling water. The three available flavors are black raspberry, limon and mandarin. Each bottle provides 50 calories, roughly half the carbs contained in the regular sparkling juice line.

IZZE Fortified
IZZE fortified is the same beverage as the IZZE sparkling juice but is fortified with vitamins C, B-6 and niacin. The flavors are clementine, pomegranate, apple, grapefruit, and blackberry. IZZE Fortified is available in an 8-oz. can and provides 90 calories per can and roughly 21 g of carbohydrate. The smaller portion size of this product makes it a little lower calorie than the original sparkling juice.

IZZE Sparkling Natural Soda
This soda comes in two flavors, ginger and birch. The soda is in a 12-oz. glass bottle and provides 120 calories and 29 g carbohydrate. Again, the majority of the carbohydrate is supplied by sugar.
