Spraying your mug with cooking spray before adding any ingredients. This makes for easy clean-up (and allows you to enjoy every bit of those eggs). Crack a few eggs into your mug, add a tablespoon of liquid (water or milk), and beat the mixture with a fork. Piercing the eggs allows the heat to escape without an explosion, and adding liquid will create the fluffiest eggs.
